Purple Cone Flowers are a great wildlife plant providing nectar during bloom time and seeds through the winter. You’ll find them in our gardens!

Jamestown Audubon Society owns and operates the Audubon Center & Sanctuary at 1600 Riverside Road.  While our mailing address is Jamestown, New York, we are actually located in the town of Kiantone, one-quarter mile east of Route 62 between Jamestown, New York and Warren, Pennsylvania. (Click here for directions.)

What will you find when you visit?  There are 600 acres of wetland preserve laced with 5 miles of hiking trails.  The nature center building boasts 3 floors of exhibits and meeting space and a nature store.  Surrounding the building are beautifully maintained gardens (thanks to our wonderful buildings and grounds and gardening volunteers!).  A few steps off the parking lot is an arboretum with over sixty native trees.

We can’t wait for you to visit!
